Welcome! By using chiropracticassistantcoach.com or purchasing any training, course, membership, or program from Connected Chiropractic Assistant Coaching, a business of Chiropractic Assistant Life Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Who our programs are for

Our trainings are for chiropractic offices: Doctors of Chiropractic (D.C.s), Chiropractic Assistants (C.A.s), front desk, and chiropractic staff. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Your access

Pre-recorded trainings, courses, and digital products: when you purchase one, your access is guaranteed for 12 months from your purchase date. After that, your access continues for as long as Connected Chiropractic Assistant Coaching continues to offer that training. Our trainings are hosted on a third-party platform. If we ever stop offering a training, we will do our best to let you know by email ahead of time.

Coaching programs, 1:1 coaching, and memberships: access to coaching, live calls, and program content lasts only while your program or membership is active and your payments are current, or for the program length stated in your agreement. If your membership is canceled or payments stop, access to coaching, calls, and program content ends.

One purchase covers one office location

Unless otherwise noted, one purchase covers one chiropractic office location: the D.C. and the team members who work at that location. Additional locations need their own purchase. Your team can watch together or individually.

Please don't share

All trainings, videos, scripts, scripting guides, frameworks, slides, and resources are the property of Chiropractic Assistant Life Coaching, LLC. You may use them inside your own office. You may not:

Share your login or content with anyone outside your office
Download, record, copy, resell, or redistribute any content
Teach, post, or sell our scripts, frameworks, or materials as your own

If content is shared or misused, we may remove access without a refund.

Educational purposes only

Our trainings are for education. They are not legal, financial, medical, billing, or insurance advice. Your office is responsible for following all laws and regulations that apply to you, including patient privacy (such as HIPAA), insurance, financing, and state rules.

Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Please read our Results Disclaimer.

Payments and refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Please read our Refund Policy.

Live calls and recordings

When you join any program with live calls (including the C3 Certification Program, Inner Circle, the Connected C.A. Community, and live trainings), you agree that:

All coaching calls and live trainings are recorded.
Recordings may be shared with program members and used in future trainings, courses, and products (for example, a live training may later be offered as a recorded video training).
Recordings, clips, screenshots, and quotes from calls, chats, and the community may be used in our marketing and promotional materials.

Prefer not to be on camera? You can turn your camera off and use your first name only. If you'd like a clip of you removed from our marketing, email us and we'll stop using it going forward.

Community and coaching calls

Please treat every member with kindness and respect. Never share protected patient health information on calls or in the community... use first names only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chiropractic Assistant Life Coaching, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using our website or programs. Our total liability will never be more than the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
