Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, office name, and role when you download a free resource, join our email list, book a call, fill out a form, or make a purchase.
Payment information: payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
Coaching and community information: anything you share in our coaching calls, community, or homework (for example, questions, wins, and office numbers you choose to share).
Information collected automatically: basic website data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may text you about your purchase, coaching calls, reminders, or offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Coaching calls and recordings

All coaching calls and live trainings are recorded. Recordings may be shared with program members, used in future trainings and courses, and used in our marketing. See our Terms of Use for details. Please never share protected patient health information. When you mention a patient, use first names only.

How we protect your information

We use secure, encrypted platforms to store and process your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your login information private.

Your choices and rights

International visitors

We are based in the United States and serve offices in the U.S. and internationally. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States. Our website and programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
