Refund Policy

Unless otherwise noted on a specific product or sales page, all sales are final and there are no refunds.

Trainings, courses, events, and resources

All purchases, including video trainings, courses, live trainings, events, and resources, are final and non-refundable, unless that product's sales page or checkout page specifically offers a guarantee.

Products that include a guarantee

If a product's sales page or checkout page offers a money-back guarantee (for example, a 7-day money-back guarantee), the terms shown on that page apply. To request a refund under a guarantee, email miranda@chiropracticassistantcoach.com within the stated time frame from your purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Memberships

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Coaching programs and payment plans

Coaching programs and certifications are non-refundable once your program begins, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full program price, even if you stop participating.
