Post in any order that works for your office. Just get the 🎯 pieces up early, as they have an expiration date and are time-sensitive. If you truly feel a piece of content is not right for your office, reach out to me... post in the community and tag me, and I will help tailor it to yours. If we BOTH agree your office should not post it, tap skip... your target shrinks to match, so you lose zero points for it.

Get in, engage, post, engage, get out. TWO rounds of 2.5 minutes... one BEFORE you post (warm up the algorithm), one AFTER (ride the wave). Go comment on local accounts: schools, gyms, coffee shops, your patients. When it flashes... STOP. Out of the app. No rabbit holes. 🤗

What's a talking head reel?

It's YOU (or the doctor) talking straight to the camera... no fancy editing. Use the teleprompter feature in the free Edits app to read the script naturally, then add auto captions inside Instagram and run the Cut Silences tool. The full script is always in the piece above and in the Google Doc.

What's B-roll?

A short clip with NO talking... someone melted into a couch, the front desk pointing, a slow zoom. The on-screen text and audio carry the message, and the caption tells the story. These are your easiest reels to film... usually one shot, 5 to 8 seconds.

What's a CTA?

Call to action... the ONE thing you ask the viewer to do at the end (comment a keyword, save the post, share it, reply to the story). Every piece above has its CTA already written into the caption. Don't stack extras on top... one clear ask always wins.
