🎯 April Targeted Focus | Sharing Patient Stories That Actually Get Heard
🎯 Aprils Laser Focus is all about the skill set of sharing testimonials.
But not just posting them or sending them out.
Knowing exactly how to share them in a way that feels natural.
Knowing how to use them in real conversations with patients.
And knowing how to take ONE powerful testimonial and make sure it actually gets seen, felt, and remembered.
Asking for testimonials and sharing patient testimonials to lead referral conversations
…are two completely different skill sets.
Two completely different energy states.
So we are separating them.
This session is focused entirely on HOW you share testimonials in your office.
Inside this working Zoom call, we will:
🎯 Break down how to share testimonials verbally while patients are in front of you
🎯 Walk through how to use testimonials through text and email in a way that feels personal, not automated
🎯 Talk through how to use testimonials on social media so they actually get read
🎯 Go over simple ways to use in-office printouts and visuals to reinforce belief
🎯 Teach how to turn a basic testimonial into something scroll-stopping and attention-grabbing
🎯 Fine-tune your wording so everything feels connected, natural, and true to you
🎯 Give you a clear implementation plan before you leave
There will be optional role play at the end.
🏆 This session counts toward your C3 Certification
Over the next 3 months, you’ll be guided through focused trainings designed to strengthen your confidence, communication, and leadership as a Chiropractic Assistant.
This session is 1/6 of those steps.
📝 Homework for this session:
I want you to bring 1–2 testimonials your office has already received.
The ones that make you think,
“This is a great story… but we’re not really using it.”
Print it out. Screenshot it.
Pull it from Google. Yelp. A handwritten card.
Bring those to the call.
If you had to use ONE testimonial to share with a patient during a conversation…
Which one would you choose? That’s the one we’ll work with.

Patient testimonials don’t create impact on their own.
They create impact when they’re shared with intention.
They create connection.
They create certainty.
They create future referrals.
Let’s build this skill the right way.

🗺️ April M.A.P. LIVE Group Coaching Call | Your May Action Plan
April M.A.P. (Monthly Action Plan) Session: Say It. Prep It. Share It. May Referral Conversations That Feel Natural, Connected & Fun!
May brings a different kind of energy. Schedules begin to shift, families are busier, and there is more movement, more activity, and more opportunity to connect.
Yes, Mother’s Day is the obvious one… but there are at least 6 other May moments that are easy to overlook, and they create powerful opportunities for Connected referral conversations.
This LIVE group call is about preparing your language and fine-tuning your approach so May feels intentional, natural, and confident at the front desk.
🏆 This session counts toward your C3 Certification (2 of 6).
Inside this working Zoom call, we will:
✅ Share specific May referral statements you can say naturally
✅ Map out key May moments you can turn into conversations
✅ Audit past ideas, flyers, promos, or events and refine them together
✅ Share ideas across offices so we all work smarter, not harder
✅ Fine-tune wording so conversations feel connected, not salesy
✅ Stay aligned with targets while keeping energy light and human
✅ Open the floor for Q&A and completely optional roleplay at the end so you can practice
If you ran anything in May before, or have ideas you’ve been thinking about, bring them. Even if you’re unsure or it didn’t work the way you hoped, we refine together.
Roleplay at the end will be optional. If you want to practice your wording in real time, I am here for that. If you would rather observe and take notes, that works too. You will still leave with clear language and homework to strengthen your delivery.
This is not about doing more. It is about feeling calm and ahead.
When your words are connected, your patients feel it. When your preparation is intentional, your confidence changes.

📆 All of March: National Nutrition Month
💡 How to Use In Office: Use this month to talk about whole body support. Food, movement, stress, and nervous system regulation all work together. Pick one week and ask every patient one simple question about who in their life is trying to eat better or reset habits.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Quick question. Is anyone in your life trying to eat healthier or reset their habits right now?” Pause. Listen. “Most people start with food, which is great. But if the nervous system is stressed, it’s harder for the body to regulate and respond.” Pause. “If they don’t already have a chiropractor, we’d love to support them alongside their nutrition goals.”
📸 What to Post: Simple nutrition themed graphic or supplement display. Caption: “National Nutrition Month: food fuels the body, the nervous system directs it.”
📆 Mid March: March Madness
💡 How to Use In Office: Create a playful “Take Your Shot” week. Set up a small hoop at the front desk. One referral name written down equals one shot. If they make it, they win a small prize. Keep it light, fast, and fun. Momentum builds when energy is high.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “It’s March Madness week, so I have to ask… who in your life needs to take a shot at feeling better?” Smile. “Most people wait until something forces them to start. We don’t do that here.” Laugh. “Want to take your shot?”
📸 What to Post: Video of a patient or staff member taking a shot. Caption: “March Madness: momentum favors the ones who take action.”
📆 March 8: International Women’s Day
💡 How to Use In Office: Highlight powerful women in your practice. Share a testimonial from a mom, business owner, athlete, or grandmother who inspires others through consistency. Use this as a testimony driven referral moment.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “We’re celebrating some incredible women in our office today. One of our patients is still hiking every weekend in her 70s.” Pause. “Stories like that remind me how powerful consistent care is. Your story could inspire someone too. Would you be open to sharing your experience so far?”
📸 What to Post: Photo of a female patient spotlight or testimonial graphic. Caption: “International Women’s Day: strong women choose consistent care.”
📆 March 14: National Pi Day
💡 How to Use In Office: Bring pies into the office or partner with a local pie shop. Run a simple favorite pie poll during the week. Use this as a connection builder. Connected patients stay and refer.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Okay I’m going to be a little corny… but it’s Pi Day.” Smile. “The best pies are shared… and honestly, so is great chiropractic.” Pause. “Who would you share this pie with? If they don’t have a chiropractor, we should fix that.”
📸 What to Post: Photo of pies at the front desk or team holding slices. Caption: “Pi Day: the best things are meant to be shared.”
📆 March 17: St. Patrick’s Day
💡 How to Use In Office: Create a “Luck of the Adjusted” moment. Share patient testimonials that highlight how planned consistency beats luck. Run a small guess the gold coin jar or scratch off prize card if you want to add fun.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Today we’re sharing our Luck of the Adjusted stories.” Smile. “Debbie used to feel sick constantly around her students. Since staying consistent with care, she can’t remember the last time she got sick. That’s not luck.” Pause. “Planned consistency changes things.” Let that land.
📸 What to Post: Green themed testimonial graphic. Caption: “St. Patrick’s Day: it’s not luck. It’s consistency.”
📆 March 20: Spring Equinox
💡 How to Use In Office: Lean into the spring reset theme. People clean their homes this time of year. Use the analogy of cleaning the body they live in every day. Keep it simple and visual.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Everyone’s spring cleaning their house right now.” Pause. Gesture toward them. “But what about the house you live in every day?” Smile. “You’re already taking care of your main home by being here. It makes me think about who else in your life might need a little spring reset.”
📸 What to Post: Bright spring themed office photo. Caption: “Spring Equinox: reset your routines, support your body.”
📆 March 30: Doctors’ Day
💡 How to Use In Office: Honor doctors and lean into collaboration, not competition. Create a simple appreciation card patients can hand to their doctor. Invite medical professionals into your office with respect and humility.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Did you know it’s Doctor’s Day?” Pause. “Doctors carry a lot. Long hours. Constant pressure.” Listen. “Do you know a doctor personally?” Engage. “We made a small appreciation card. We’d love to support the people who spend their lives supporting others. Would you be open to giving this to them?”
📸 What to Post: Simple appreciation graphic or team photo. Caption: “Doctors’ Day: honoring those who serve, and inviting collaboration.”
