🎯 July Targeted Focus LIVE Training | Reactivation Mastery: How to Bring Back the Patients Who Drifted Off

 

A quick note before we dive in 👇

Originally, all of this lived inside one big reactivation training. But catching a patient before they drift and bringing one back after they already have are two completely different skill sets... with two completely different energies. So each one gets its own focused session.

This is Part 2 → the comeback, with plenty of time to role-play the calls live so they feel natural the next time you pick up the phone. (Part 1 was catching the drift before it happens. Missed it? The replay is available in your video vault.)

 

When a patient falls off, we write them off. We decide they are gone. But they are not. They already met you. Already met the doctor. Already believe in chiropractic. They just... fell off. Maybe it was money. Maybe timing. Maybe life got loud.

And that is exactly what makes them gold → the connection is already there. You are not starting from zero.

 

So why do so many of them go quiet? Why do they leave us on read, or ghost the office completely? Because the message missed them. It felt generic. This month, we fix that. We go deep on the exact words that get a patient to actually respond → the text, the voicemail, the email, and the first phone call. Not spammy. Not pushy. Personal and warm, the way a real human who cares would say it.

 

Inside this working Zoom call, we will:

✅ Build your "Green Book" → the simple system so no patient ever falls through the cracks again

✅ Write the TEXT that gets a ghosting patient to finally respond

✅ Leave the VOICEMAIL that actually gets listened to (and returned)

✅ Send the EMAIL that reopens the conversation without feeling pushy

✅ Make the PHONE CALL that feels like a warm check-in, not a sales pitch

✅ Remember the step most of us skip → asking who ELSE in their life needs care, so they recommit AND refer

✅ Optional role play at the end so you can practice it all live

 

📝 Homework (do this BEFORE the call):

Pull a quick list of 5 to 10 patients who fell off in the last several months. Those are the patients we are going to bring back together.

Spotlight the physical demands postal workers face - walking, lifting, repetitive motion, and posture strain. Encourage patients to refer someone they know in that field for a spinal or posture check.

“Do you know a mail carrier or delivery worker?
They’re on their feet all day, carrying heavy loads in the heat, cold, and everything in between.

Create a wellness freedom campaign: “Freedom from pain. Freedom to live fully.” Highlight how chiropractic care supports a free-flowing nervous system and independent living at every age.

🏃‍♀️ July – Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month

Educate on how chiropractic care helps support healthy joints, mobility, and inflammation reduction - even for children. Offer free spinal checks for kids with joint complaints.
