Additional Training!🎯Connection-First Care Conversations That Convert (ROF + Financial Mastery)

SECOND ROF + PAYMENT MASTERY TRAINING ADDED!!!! We are hitting our targets in 2026 so I added an additional ROF training. For those that were unable to make it last Wednesday, this will be covering the same slide deck and information as we did on 2/4/26. If you attended the 2/4/26 call, you are welcome to attend again too!

This February, we’re focusing on one of the most important leadership moments at the front desk… ROF and financial conversations.

Because helping patients say yes to care is not about pressure.
It’s about connection.
It’s about asking the right questions.
And it’s about leading with confidence when patients say things like “I can’t afford this” or “I don’t have the time.”

How we respond in those moments matters.
It can be the difference between a patient walking away… or staying, healing, and referring their family.

In this live February Mastery Call, we’re leaning into ROF and financial mastery with heart, clarity, and real-life language that helps patients move forward in care in 2026. This is about getting people the care they need, starting now.

Inside this session, we’ll work through:

âś… My go-to phrases for talking about finances in a way that feels calm, clear, and human
✅ Deeper questions to ask when patients say they can’t afford care or don’t have the time
âś… How to slow the moment down and reconnect patients to their why
âś… ROF language that builds trust, confidence, and long-term commitment
âś… Live role play scenarios so you can hear the language, practice it, and feel it land
âś… How connection at ROF leads to patients staying, paying, and referring naturally

We’ll role play real situations you’re hearing at the front desk, and walk through how small shifts in tone, wording, and presence can completely change the outcome of the conversation.

This is not about convincing.
It’s about connecting.
And connection is what converts.

🗺️ The MAP (Monthly Action Plan) Series: Guiding You Through Connected March Referral Conversations

MAP (Monthly Action Plan) Calls are where we slow down just enough to lead the next month with intention.

This February 18th call is all about prepping for March in a way that feels fun, organized, and connected at the front desk.

March brings a shift in energy.
Spring is coming.
Patients are more social.
Schedules start to open up.

And when March is prepped intentionally, it becomes a powerful month for connection, engagement, and referrals without feeling forced or salesy.

In this Momentum Prep Call, we’re going to game plan March together so your team knows exactly what to say, what to prep, and how to lead conversations confidently.

Inside this session, we’ll focus on:

✅ Key March holidays and moments (including St. Patrick’s Day) and how to use them naturally in chiropractic conversations
âś… My go-to interactive March patient activity that patients LOVE and always get involved in
âś… Simple ways to turn fun, seasonal moments into meaningful referral conversations
âś… Staying on track with targets while keeping the energy light and human
âś… Live coaching around real patient scenarios and team questions
✅ A clear March plan so you’re not guessing once the month starts

This is a working call.
We’ll talk strategy, but we’ll also ground it in real life… what patients are actually responding to and what feels good to lead at the front desk.

📥 Slides & Scripts:
The slide deck and any supporting resources will be available after the call inside the portal.

🎥 How to Join Live:
Log into the community and click “Join Meetup” at the scheduled time.

📱 On Your Phone?
Download the app ahead of time so you can join easily from anywhere.

🎧 Camera on or off, notes or no notes, just come as you are.
And if you can’t make it live, the replay will be available.

Because March momentum isn’t created on March 1st.
It’s created now… through preparation, connection, and leadership.

Rooting for you,

-Miranda

✨ MIRANDA’S FEATURED IDEA #1: Patient Appreciation Day

đź’ˇ How to Use In Office: Choose a day or weekend in January to intentionally celebrate your patients. Offer a small raffle, handwritten thank-you notes, or a simple treat at check-in. Highlight one uplifting patient moment from the month so your team stays focused on connection & impact.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “We’re taking today to appreciate our patients because every person here matters to us. Your consistency & trust in your care means more than you know.”
📸 What to Post: Team photo or front desk setup with appreciation signage. Caption: “Patient Appreciation Day: grateful for every visit, every story, & every step forward.”

Note that there is a full video training of this inside your Video Vault portal  (1:1 Clients) and previous live group coaching call. (all Clients)

✨ MIRANDA’S FEATURED IDEA #2: New Year's Resolution Wall

💡 How to Use In Office: Create a New Year’s Resolution Wall where both patients and staff write one goal for the year. Encourage goals beyond health such as family, mindset, career, rest, or joy. Post staff goals alongside patient goals so everyone sees this is a shared journey.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “We love celebrating goals here, not just health goals, but life goals too. Everything is connected, and when your body feels better, it supports every area you’re working on.”
📸 What to Post: Photo of the resolution wall with both staff and patient goals visible. Caption: “New Year’s Resolution Wall: when one part of life improves, everything else follows.”

✨ MIRANDA’S FEATURED IDEA #3: Staff Goals Spotlight

đź’ˇ How to Use In Office: Pick one day to spotlight staff goals on the resolution wall or verbally share them with patients. This builds trust and shows your office is human, connected, and values growth together.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “We love sharing our goals because we’re all working on something. Healing and growth happen best in community.”
📸 What to Post: Photo of staff pointing to their goals. Caption: “Our team goals matter too, because everything is connected.”

📆 January 1: New Year’s Day

💡 How to Use In Office: Create a “New Year, New You” intention wall where patients can write one health goal for the year. Encourage them to invite the people they are setting goals with such as family, coworkers, or workout partners. Use this week to reconnect & reactivate patients who drifted off care.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “This time of year people are setting big health goals, but most don’t think about the spine. If someone close to you is making changes this month, let’s help them get aligned with what they really want.”
📸 What to Post: Photo of the intention wall or a simple New Year graphic. Caption: “New Year’s Day: aligned goals start with an aligned spine.”

📆 January 10: National Quitters Day

(This is the day most people give up on resolutions.)

đź’ˇ How to Use In Office: Use this day to normalize consistency over perfection. Encourage patients to keep showing up even if progress feels slow. Tie this into care plans and staying committed.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Today is known as the day people usually quit their goals. Healing works the same way, progress comes from consistency, not perfection.”
📸 What to Post: Simple graphic with supportive language. Caption: “Still showing up matters more than being perfect.”

📆 January 14: Organize Your Home Day

đź’ˇ How to Use In Office: Talk about how clutter and stress show up in the body. Encourage small resets, not full overhauls. This can be a light, relatable conversation starter.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “When life feels cluttered, the body often feels it too. Small resets can make a big difference in how your nervous system responds.”
📸 What to Post: Calm photo of a clean space or front desk. Caption: “Organize your home day: less clutter, more calm.”

📆 January 16: Get to Know Your Customers Day

đź’ˇ How to Use In Office: Ask one intentional question at check-in or checkout so patients feel seen. You can also create a small Patient Wins board that highlights progress patients share throughout the day.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “We love learning your story. What’s one thing you’ve noticed has changed since starting care?”
📸 What to Post: Photo of your Patient Wins board or a simple quote graphic. Caption: “Get to Know Your Customers Day: your story matters here.”

📆 January 20: Martin Luther King Jr. Day

đź’ˇ How to Use In Office: Use this day to honor leaders in your community such as parents, teachers, caregivers, & service workers. Invite them in for a no charge consult or complimentary spinal check as a thank you for how they serve others. Lead with heart, not promotion.
🗣️ What to Say In Office: “Today reminds us that leadership is service. If there’s someone in your life who gives a lot to others, we’d love to support them too.”
📸 What to Post: Simple graphic honoring MLK Day or a team photo with a service focused caption. Caption: “Leadership is service, & service deserves support.”
