And your job as the C.A. is NOT to argue with it. Your job is to hear it, ask one deeper question, reframe it, and lead them back to what we know they really need. 🫶🏼

 

This isn't objection handling. This is objection REFRAMING. And once you learn how to do it, the word "no" stops feeling like a door slamming... and starts feeling like an invitation.

Roleplay at the end will be optional. If you want to practice your wording in real time, I am here for that. If you would rather observe and take notes, that works too. You will still leave with clear language and homework to strengthen your delivery.

💡 How to Use In Office: Keep stress visible all month. Post one calming tip weekly. Ask every patient one simple question about who in their life is under pressure right now. Stress conversations naturally open new patient doors.
