Next → 🔗 Click the blue button → Open “Start Here” in the Video Vault
Then → 🎯 Finish the Start Here: Onboarding Steps in the vault within 48 hours - I’ll be checking, and it shows me you’re ready to grow.
Last → ✔️ Make sure all Welcome Assessments are completed (linked below - if you don’t have all the numbers or details, just flag it to your doctor or check with your teammate's your office gets them all submitted.)

This is my gift to you and welcomes your team into the community so you know exactly how to get started. 👉 Choose a time most staff can attend - it will be recorded for those who can’t. (One call gifted per office.)

VIP 1:1 Clients: Each C.A. needs to use BOOK NOW to schedule their individual 1:1 first call. In addition, your office needs to schedule one First Team Onboarding Call (all staff together). Only one person should schedule this for the whole office. Please choose a time that most of your team can attend - the call will be recorded for anyone who can’t.

This month’s Laser Focus is all about the skill set of asking for testimonials. But not just collecting them.
Knowing exactly how to ask for them in a way that feels natural. Knowing how to receive them confidently. And knowing how to turn ONE powerful testimonial into seven different growth assets for your office.
Originally, I was going to combine “asking” and “sharing” into one call.
But the more I mapped it out, the more I realized something important.
Asking for testimonials and sharing patient testimonials to lead referral conversations
…are two completely different skill sets.
Two completely different energy states.
So we are separating them.
This session is focused entirely on HOW you ask and receive five-star testimonials in your office.
Inside this working Zoom call, we will:
🎯 Break down the exact way I ask for testimonials in office
🎯 Fine-tune the language so it feels confident, not awkward
🎯 Talk about timing, tone, and delivery
🎯 Walk through how one testimonial becomes seven growth assets
🎯 Give you a clear implementation plan before you leave
There will be optional role play at the end.
📝 Homework for this session:
I want you to bring your “go-to” testimonial.
The one that makes you think,
“If every patient gave us one like this, we would be set.”
Print it out. Screenshot it.
Pull it from Google. Yelp. A handwritten card.
Bring that exact testimonial to the call.
If you had to use ONE testimonial to share with a patient during a referral conversation…
Which one would it be? That’s the one I want you to bring.

This LIVE group call is about preparing your language & fine-tuning your approach so April feels thoughtful, intentional, and confident at the front desk.
Inside this working Zoom call, we will:
✅ Share specific April referral statements you can say naturally
✅ Audit last year’s April flyers, promos, and messaging and refine them together
✅ Share ideas across offices so we all work smarter, not harder
✅ Fine-tune wording so conversations feel connected, not salesy
✅ Stay aligned with targets while keeping energy light and human
✅ Open the floor for Q&A and completely optional roleplay at the end so you can practice
If you ran any special or fun in office event last April, post it inside the community or send it to me ahead of time so we can review it live. Even if it did not perform the way you hoped, bring it. We refine together.
Roleplay at the end will be optional. If you want to practice your wording in real time, I am here for that. If you would rather observe and take notes, that works too. You will still leave with clear language and homework to strengthen your delivery.
