First → 🎥 Watch the 90 second Welcome Video (on the left)
Next → 🔗 Click the blue button → Open “Start Here” in the Video Vault
Then → 🎯 Finish the Start Here: Onboarding Steps in the vault within 48 hours - I’ll be checking, and it shows me you’re ready to grow.
Last → ✔️ Make sure all Welcome Assessments are completed (linked below - if you don’t have all the numbers or details, just flag it to your doctor or check with your teammate's your office gets them all submitted.)

Connected Community Members Only (group coaching add-on): DCs, use this to schedule your First Team Onboarding Call. This is my gift to you and welcomes your team into the community so you know exactly how to get started. 👉 Choose a time most staff can attend - it will be recorded for those who can’t. (One call gifted per office.)

VIP 1:1 Clients: Each C.A. needs to use BOOK NOW to schedule their individual 1:1 first call. In addition, your office needs to schedule one First Team Onboarding Call (all staff together). Only one person should schedule this for the whole office. Please choose a time that most of your team can attend - the call will be recorded for anyone who can’t.

🎯 August Targeted Focus LIVE Training | Little Spines, Connected for Life: How to lead patients to get their kids checked
🎯 This month's Laser Focus is all about one conversation that can change a whole family... leading your patients to get their kids checked.
A parent will love their child fiercely and STILL say "no, he's fine" when you offer to check them.
Not because they don't want care for their kids. Because of how the moment was worded.
"Do you want to get your son checked out?" often gets a "no, he's good."
"Let's get him in for his annual prevention check" lands completely different.
Same child. Same parent. Two different answers... from ONE shift in language. 🫶🏼
That's the skill we're sharpening on August 5th. How to lead the kid conversation with confidence, so it feels natural and caring instead of pushy or salesy.
And it can start earlier than you might think... right on the New Patient paperwork, the very first day that parent walks through your door.
Inside this working Zoom call, we will:
✅ Learn why "prevention check" changes everything (and why "get them checked out" can fall flat)
✅ Pre-frame the kids into care from Day 1, right on the New Patient paperwork
✅ Get specific words for every age → toddler, grade-schooler, teen, even the college kid heading out the door
✅ Lead the "one parent says yes, one says no" conversation with confidence, not pressure
✅ Optional role play at the end so it feels natural coming out of YOUR mouth
📝 Homework:
Think of ONE patient with kids you'd love to see get checked. Bring the child's first name and age. We'll workshop that exact conversation live.

We lock in team targets, refine monthly specific referral language, audit marketing, and get supper clear on exactly what to say, prep, and lead so the upcoming month feels natural, connected, intentional & above all else, FUN!
Inside every M.A.P. Session, you’ll receive:
✅ A preview of next month’s referral direction and seasonal opportunities
✅ Specific, ready-to-use referral conversation scripting
✅ Marketing and patient touchpoint audits and fine-tuning
✅ Real office examples and leadership coaching
✅ Open share time for wins and creative ideas
✅ Optional role-play so you can practice live, or leave with clear homework to implement confidently
If you ran anything in August before, or you have ideas brewing, bring them. Even if it didn't work the way you hoped last time... we refine together. That is the whole point of this room.
Roleplay at the end is optional. Want to practice your wording in real time? I am here for it. Rather observe and take notes? That works too. Either way, you will leave with clear language and a plan.
This is not about doing more. It is about feeling calm and ahead.
