  • VIP 1:1 Clients: Each C.A. needs to use BOOK NOW to schedule their individual 1:1 first call. In addition, your office needs to schedule one First Team Onboarding Call (all staff together). 🎯June Mastery Call: Connected, Not Canceled →How to Catch the Red Flags Before a Patient Drifts Off Care

 

Originally, I briefly covered this topic inside a past reactivation training. But just like the testimonial trainings, I realized that keeping a patient from drifting off and reactivating one who already has are two completely different skill sets... with two completely different energies.

 

So we are giving each one its own focused session. This one is all about catching the drift before it happens, with plenty of time to actually role-play it live so the words feel natural coming out of YOUR mouth.

 

This is Part 1 → catching the drift before it happens. (Part 2 is Reactivation, bringing back the ones who already slipped away, gets its own session in July.)

 

You know the moment. The phone rings, or a text comes in, and it is a patient saying "I need to stop" or "I can't come in anymore." And in that split second... your stomach drops a little. Right?

 

This month's Laser Focus is all about that exact moment. And the quieter moments BEFORE it, the little signs most of us miss.

🚩Patients rarely drift off all at once. They leave in tiny signals first. A "maybe next week." A missed appointment. A "things are just really busy right now." 

 

By the time they actually say "I want to cancel," they have usually been drifting for a while. We just did not catch it.

This training is about catching it early, reading the red flags, and leading that patient back to WHY they started in the first place... with connection, not pressure. Because a patient who feels connected does not cancel. A patient who feels processed does.

 

Inside this working Zoom call, we will:

🚩 Name the red-flag signs a patient is about to drift (the things they say, and what they REALLY mean)

✅ Walk through exactly what to say when a patient calls or texts to stop care

✅ Master the in-office refocus → room, doctor, x-rays, back to their why

✅ Learn the "exit exam" move that brings a stopping patient back through your doors

✅ Cover the text-response rule that keeps a cancellation from becoming a bad review

✅ Break down my Release of Liability, the form that protects your patient AND quietly opens the door to bring them back later

✅ Optional role play at the end so you can practice the cancel conversation live

 

📝 Homework (do this BEFORE the call):

Bring a REAL patient. Someone who recently tried to stop care, canceled, or someone you can feel is starting to drift right now. Email me the actual text or email they sent you, or just type out what you remember them saying to you out loud. Send it before the call (especially if you cannot make it live) and I will live-audit the exact response on the call, so you walk away knowing precisely what to say.

July has a different feel. Summer is in full swing, families are out living, traveling, and soaking up the sun... and there is so much built-in opportunity to connect, IF you know where to look.

 

July 4th is the obvious moment. And it is a BIG one for me. Every year I run my Freedom From campaign, and it is hands down one of my favorite connection plays of the entire year. I am not going to spoil it here. When you show up live, I will walk you through exactly how to run it inside YOUR office. 🎆

 

And it does not stop there. July is quietly full of moments most offices walk right past:

Each one ties back to the same simple truth → we protect our skin, our heart, our healthy habits... but who is protecting the thing that protects everything else? THAT is the door into a natural, connected conversation. And we are going to build the words together.

 

This LIVE working call is about preparing your language and fine-tuning your approach so July feels intentional and natural at the front desk, not random or last-minute. Inside this working Zoom call, we will:

✅ Map the key July moments you can turn into natural referral conversations

✅ Build specific July referral statements you can actually say out loud

✅ Share ideas across offices so we all work smarter, not harder

✅ Open the floor for Q&A and completely optional roleplay at the end so you can practice

 

If you ran anything in July before, or you have ideas brewing, bring them. Even if it didn't work the way you hoped last time... we refine together. That is the whole point of this room.

 

Roleplay at the end is optional. Want to practice your wording in real time? I am here for it. Rather observe and take notes? That works too. Either way, you will leave with clear language and a plan.

 

This is not about doing more. It is about feeling calm and ahead.

When your words are connected, your patients feel it. When your prep is intentional, your confidence changes everything.
